I'm Sonali Krish and I know tlife right now is stressful.  

I developed this class curriculum with emotional regulation in mind, starting with the autonomic nervous system. 

We will build awareness of your nervous system queues to restore a dialogue between physiology and experience.

Our practices will cultivate regulation skills through body-based practices, mindfulness exercises, reflection and integration tools. to use outside of class.

Sonali Krish, LPC-Associate, is a therapist, yoga teacher, and mindfulness educator passionate about helping clients cultivate safety and connection within themselves. Her approach integrates mindfulness, somatic awareness, and parts work to support nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and self-compassion.

Sonali believes that healing begins with awareness — learning to listen to the body’s cues with curiosity rather than judgment. Through mindfulness-based and trauma-informed frameworks, she helps clients and groups develop practical tools to manage stress, deepen self-understanding, and return to a grounded sense of presence.
